Best Plumbing Issue in Anchorage AK

I have the best experience ever with Artic Sewer and Drain. When I called about my sewer issues he was able to fit me into his tight schedule. He is very knowledgeable about sewer and Drain work as well as non functional disposal. He was able to fix my toilet n disposal in a timely manner. I'm so glad that I called him out to help me. I would definitely recommend Artic Sewer and Drain to my family n friends and to anyone who needs help in these areas. Great job n keep up the good work.

Came home from Vacation with a frozen pipe and backed up sewage in our tub. When everyone else was booked out or wanted to charge me overtime One stop services was able to come the very next morning. They were on time, quick and efficient and helped clean up some of the mess. So so so friendly, considerate and professional. I hope I never have to use them again but they’ll be the first I call if I do.

I really wanted this experience to be great because of the other online reviews but I was ghosted instead. We made an appointment on Saturday for service Tuesday morning. I called on Monday to confirm the appointment on Tuesday and spoke with who I presume was the owner. He said he would call me Tuesday morning when he was ready to head out. I did not receive a phone call Tuesday morning, or afternoon, or evening. This experience was distressing because I had scheduled the service with our tenant and rescheduling it is a whole thing that I'd rather not have to go through again.

Excellent company, good value, excellent fast service. Would always call them if I need it new system or any repairs. No need to look for anyone else

Raul installed my Lennox variable speed furnace and Paul put in an Air Scrubber Advanced-my home now smells like a walk in a misty forest and is as toasty as I need it to be.
