Had a service technician arrive to my home within 1-1/2 hours of my call for loss of water supply. Gentleman was able to resolve the issue and several other lingering issues on the spot. I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.

John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.

Shawn installed a pressure reducing valve on our water line for us. He returned my call promptly to schedule the install, called before he came by, and arrived right on time. He completed the job quickly and showed me the work he did and explained how to adjust the water pressure and gave me some pointers on shutting off the water if I needed to.

Jason and Dave came out to troubleshoot our non functioning ice maker/water dispenser. They were both super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Though thr problem turned out to be a simple fix, I was impressed with their speed and efficiency. Jason even went the extra mile and vacuumed behind my fridge for me.
