From phone call #1 to Diamond’s office to schedule, to meeting up with Tyler at the property for the service was a great experience. Having the boiler system inspected, serviced and given a clean bill of health (with possible future issues he forecasted), was as smooth of a process as someone could want. I can't say enough about how great John is. He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.

Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

Called at 8:39 on Friday morning about leaking supply line to bathroom sink. Tech arrived within the hour. Repairs done and out the door by 10:30 after replacing both cold and hot, just in case (at my request)

I recommend to anyone. Super professional and knowledgeable. Came over the same day that the hot water heater went out and replaced it quickly.

A+ gets an F in customer service and scheduling appointments due to the owner (Becky)...not friendly. Even after you expressed the intent to educate us on a septic system that you installed we were unable to gain that knowledge. Thank you to the technician that came out and did a great job, sorry you were micromanaged during the process.

Called sound Mechanical to have a shut off valve installed. Spoke to Jake who got us in the next day. Jesse was here on time and couldn’t have been any nicer or more efficient. Great company. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++
