I inquired in January about a new water heater, received the generated response that someone would contact me, and no one did. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, so I would still recommend them.

I highly recommend Flow Star plumbing. The owner came out to look at everything for us himself. He gave us a very reasonable quote for what we needed fixed and was able to make the repairs in the same visit. I got a quote from another company here in town for over double what Flow Star quoted me. He even checked a blockage I had in my laundry room drain for no additional cost. Mr. Robert’s and his team were very professional and thorough from start to finish. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I’m blown away by the professionalism of this company. They were not technically the cheapest BUT the value is absolutely there. Having a new combi boiler installed, it’s the big decision. They gave me three different options of bids with comparisons AND sent brochures on each unit. I felt completely informed about the unit being installed. Additionally, they offered a payment plan option so I didn’t have to drain my entire savings on a new system.The install took two days, they left no mess, and did a great job. I have always gotten follow up calls, prompt answers, and great customer service. It’s not that I have had a bad experience with other top plumbers in town, it’s just Diamond took it to the next level customer service wise. Absolutely worth the money. Hands down best home repair experience ever.

Had them come out for two separate issues and will be calling them again in the future. Found they have the best price in town for water heater replacement - They replaced my water heater and fixed the outlet plumbing. Did some valve replacement on clothes washer plumbing.

They are also the quickest to get in for evaluation and repair/replacement. Other places around town gave me the run around. Will definitely recommend All-Star to friends and family.

Was told by receptionist upon calling to see about getting someone to come have a look at a leak that they very busy schedule and they may be able to come out within the next day or so but couldn't make any promises And while I appreciate your honesty regarding your carelessness for potential business, I thought it to be quite rude and off putting. I'm sure someone else in Anchorage will be more receptive of my business. You could probably care less because your schedule is so full you don't need my business, but this is damaging to your reputation and I would recommend discussing such with your front line because they're going to drive away clients.

I called to see where my guy was because I had an appointment at 1 and haven't heard anything. I called and talked to Jessie that already had an attitude. After I got off the phone with her she called the guy that was supposed to come out. Said I cussed her out and refused to come to the appointment I took time off work for. Way to treat your potential customers. Will never use them for anything!

Brad is the BEST plumbing and heating Technician in the ENTIRE Matsu Valley. His selfless, can do, get it done the first time, second to none attitude and dependability has us coming back, time after time. I have 2 apt buildings which require a lot of attention. When Brad is swamped, Im forced to call others and am always left wishing we could clone Brad 10 times over! Hes a one man operation, folks, so know, his jobs can take longer, before he gets to you. Its because he wks alone, but he is the best. Meticulous and so skilled in what systems most valley rentals have. Right now, TODAY, again...we are servicing my heater at my KGB, location and I wish it was Brad... but I wanted to give him a break, from my building. I had a Generac generator installed in my house, and Moore Heating does the service. I was initially put off by a travel fee that is charged, but the total bill for a preventative maintenance visit is $200. The maintenance is fast and professional, and honestly, I am going to be a customer for the life of the generator. Relationships are everything in business.
