Amazing service from Anaheim HVAC Services. I filled out the form online in the morning and had a sleeve ac installed a few hours later. Team couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. Absolutely a 5 STAR company.

Per the recommendation of my real estate agent, I used NexGen last week for air conditioner diagnostics and repair. While the service was completed and the air conditioner now works, I was not happy with the communication at all - and I never got the $100 discount they were advertising on their website. I was told the tech would contact me before going to the property and I was to talk to him about the discount, but he never called and then my credit card was charged without my knowledge. I would expect that someone would call and let me know everything got done and they would charge the card. I also called the office twice afterwards and was told someone would contact me and make sure I get the promised discount. No one ever called. My real estate agent also called and left a message and never received a call back. So, this week I actually need a heater specialist, and we are definitely not going to use NexGen.

I consider myself very fortunate to have had John come to my home and repair my heating system. I woke up that morning with the temperature at 57 degrees. His customer service was absolutely so professional and his positive attitude made me feel like I was really going to have heat before he left. That is exactly what happened. I was so thrilled! Old Towne Plumbing is a scammy company. I have a tenant who believed she had mold in her unit, so she called this company. Carl Shields came out and told her it was bad. I spoke to him and he told me it was bad and would need all sorts of expensive work. To prove it, he told me would come back to the unit with a camera and take pictures of the insides of the walls. He said he would hire a 3rd party company to take samples and do testing. Shields quoted me at $800 for the testing and told me that everything else would be part of a free estimate.

Everything about him seemed fishy, but I was very busy with other work at the time and my tenant was so convinced she was getting sick due to mold. I told Shields to send me a work contract before doing any testing. He never sent the work contract nor did I sign anything; he scheduled with the tenant and came in there to do the testing anyway and tried to bill me for $1,210.

When I objected to the extra $410 in extraneous charges, instead of addressing them, Shields started to accuse me of being an absentee landlord.

I don’t know how many plumbing companies out there make their work on predatory practices like this, but this is the first time I’ve ever come across it. Steer clear of this company!
