AJ at Centerset Plumbing Inc is a very professional, timely, and experienced plumber. His pricing is extremely fair for the amount of work that is required for plumbing repairs. He made 2 trips to our house to make sure our current plumbing issue was resolved completely, and our price did not change for the 2nd trip - which was very much appreciated. Since i was home and wanted to learn, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing to tackle the issue and more importantly why he was doing what he was doing. Often times plumbing issues create quite a mess, AJ spent extra money to make sure he had enough tarps and materials before starting our job. That helped contain the mess and again he took extra time to clean up. Our place did not have any odors when he was done with everything. We will surely use his services for any future plumbing needs, and without hesitation will refer our family and friends to him for any plumbing needs they have. Andy Carillo provided an exceptional plumbing experience. He responded to me immediately and came to my home to give me an estimate. The next day he delivered and installed a new water heater. Both times he was prompt. I was impressed at how knowledgeable, clean, organized, reasonable and thorough he was. He took all the time needed to answer my questions. I have to admit, I called him without a personal referral, and hired him based on my instinct. I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He even called the next day to make sure I was happy with my water heater! I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again when the need arises.

We arrived to do the water heater and furnace service plan. The tenant then told us about 3 plumbing issues. Darryl replaced the shower cartridge, kitchen and bathroom sink faucets right at this service appointment. This was good that we got everything done during the one visit.

Brian was great. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and even disposed of my old filters. He played for a couple of minutes with my dog. I would like Brian back the next time I need service.
