I had a huge flood in my basement I called water damage restoration in Orange County and they were super professional they came same day late at night and they extract the entire water from the basement.
At the same time, they removed all the wet Sheetrock to prevent turning into mold the also left commercial dehumidifiers and fans for 4 days when they came after 4 days to pick the machines. Very professional setup, and to make sure that all the water damage was gone.They were super fast and professional and the crew was very nice all the way in the process I highly recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency service thank you guys!!!!

First time in a long time where I actually feel like I got more bang for my buck.We called Aj out to give me an assessment and estimate first off he was ON TIME, very helpful in suggesting some different options and able to perform the job immediately. I hired Leon to do all my finish plumbing on a newly built unit. I found him to be very detailed in performing his work, he does not rush through a project, and he has a very high standard of performance. He is a very good communicator and will give his recommendations if he thinks there is a better way to complete a job, which I very much appreciated! His pricing is very fair, not the highest or lowest. He went the extra mile for me and I feel very comfortable referring him to anyone that needs a professional plumbing job done correctly the first time. He does not cut corners, he will treat you with respect, and he is a great guy! I am a real estate rehab investor and have renovated several homes in Orange county and have pretty high standards. I am picky about getting the project done right the first time and Leon did just that! Good job Leon!!

I called multiple places to repair a leak and First Option was the only one that could come by that day. Most wanted me to wait up to 4 days. They arrived before the promised time and were done quickly. The team was courteous and efficient. The price was reasonable especially given the quick response. There wasn't a push for additional services, simply a heads up and call us if you need us. I appreciated the response and professionalism of First Option.

Josh was polite and on time and did a good job removing my old water heater and installing my new one.

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him
