False advertising!
Their website touts $49 drain cleaning special. It's all over there and doesn't explain the fine print which you'll get once they call you. It's actually $129 and they give a very thin excuse as to why it's not really what they promise. Do not book.

On the recommendation of my excellent handyman, I had Owen Plumbing come to my home a few years ago to repair a hot water pipe leak. The owner came out, said there were two options, they'd try the less expensive one first. That worked. I was so impressed with the plumbers and owner I recently had them out for a minor repair (toilet shut offs that didn't shut off). That was taken care of, then I discussed having a water pressure valve for the house. The plumber checked it and said, no, you don't need that. Anytime a skilled worker says that, my appreciation grows, he could have just done it, and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

These guys come out as soon as you call and can tackle any job. We had some major repairs and issues at our business and they were able to fix the problems super easy. The guys are very knowledgeable and won't try to up sell or get you to pay for needless things. These guys rock!

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.

Be aware when you deal with the company.

Charged egregious price for removing clog in kitchen drain. It was $450 for about 30 mins of work. The plumber who worked on the house was very professional and knowledgeable, but charging that kind of price is just price gauging the poor consumer. I would’ve paid them $100 for just a consultation fee of how to remove the clog myself instead of $450 if they had just given me that advice over the phone. My plumber was out of town and he couldn’t help me but said the $450 price is just ridiculous….

Very fast response. Worked around my schedule. Came quickly to fix drains. Explained with detail what needed to be done. 100 percent recommend. Fair price for what I needed done.

Came on Labor day And fixed what no one else seemed to be able to do for hardly anything $$ compared to what other people want to charge me. Amazing, I feel so relieved to have met this honest guy!
