Highly recommend this business! We had a plumbing emergency and called numerous plumbers, but they were the only one who was able to come out right away. Shawn was professional and explained the issues we were having and was able to temporarily help us remedy the situation to keep our kitchen sink usable until a follow-up visit to do the main repair. Eddie an Nick came out a few days later and completed the necessary work we needed. All of them were professional, efficient, courteous, and explained exactly what they were going to do before the work started. They also cleaned up after the work was done. My technician Jonathan, was very, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He wore shoe covers to make sure our floor was always clean since we have little toddlers running around the house. (Sometime it’s the small things that make you appreciate the service even more.)He was able to not only repair the issue I had with my bathtub drain leak but was also able to detect another leak that I did not know about. He also helped me fix my hot water going to my washer with ease. 100% recommend and would use their services again.

Above expectations! This was a major sewer line repair/replacement. Orlando and his crew worked in brutal heat 10-12 hours a day for 3+ days excavating and replying two sewer lines then on the 4th day relining the remaining sewer lines. Alway courteous and consciences of the home and occupants. Cleaned up daily and completed the job in a timely manner. Good plumbers are hard to find and not cheap! I feel I got excellent value and a great job done right. P.S Sammy and Julian and the rest of the team were top notch. Sammy don't forget your hat ,)

I called roto Rooter to help unclog my drain. The technician was David Sierra. He was pleasant to talk to, honest, and communicative. If there were any future plumbing problems I would call and request for David again.
