We had both of our bathroom showers spewing backup water that overflowed into our hallways and nearby room this past Memorial Day weekend -- I frantically called over 6 plumbers and emergency water restoration companies and Les was the ONLY person that came through. He was out in less than an hour (where other larger companies quoted me 2-6 hours) and tackled the immediate needs right away. He returned first thing in the morning on Tuesday and spent the entire day rooting, scoping, cementing at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers. It was an incredible job. I'm confident that I'm covered for the next 30 years (at least). Thank you Les for saving our home! I definitely recommend keeping his number on speed dial. He is a small business owner that delivers above and beyond the call of duty.

Second time we used them and another good experience as Angel goes out of his way to do a good job .They show up on time with all the tools needed. I had what I thought was a bad water shut-off valve but Angel looked at it and said it was good ,no need to replace it . They even helped me take the old fridge outside.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Tom is a very nice man & knows his plumbing business very well. He does an excellent job no matter what type of plumbing job it is that u need. He has very reasonable prices & u WL b more than satisfied with the work he does. He's excellent at what he does.
