Drain-Rite Plumbing

We had a new Rheem water heater installed 6 months ago and now the unit’s pilot light will not stay not on. Rheem warranty service sent out Drain Rite Plumbing. Michael from Drain Rite promptly replaced the component indicated by the diagnostic readings from the water heater. This unfortunately did not resolve the problem. Michael then began troubleshooting the issue and quickly found the real problem and had it resolved in record time. Michael had everything he needed with him in the truck to handle all possible scenarios. He was professional and is very knowledgeable in his profession. He represents Drain Rite Plumbing and himself in an exemplary manner. Thanks for a job well done!

Mike, the repair man demonstrated such rude and unprofessional customer service to my parents. They sent him to my house to fix our water heater issue and was extremely rude to my mom. My mom let him know that she did not appreciate the way he was speaking to her and later he left our house without saying a word or fixing the issue. We later on call the water heating company again to find out what we can do to get this resolved and explained the situation and the let us know that they would send a different repair man so that we wouldn't have to experience this again. Well today they sent the SAME person to my house and was again, extremely rude. I understand that there was a language barrier and Mike was not able to communicate with my parents what the issue was but there is no excuse for the way he treated them. They should have called me directly to explain the situation instead of letting it escalate this way. Awful company!

What a bunch of theives. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you ask them about EVERYTHING (ESPECIALLY about their warrenty). They wanted me to pay for a followup visit; when their first visit failed (not even 3 days later). I will NEVER use this unethical company again.

They were life savers!!!!! They came right out and got to work--unfortunately--we had a huge problem --but I can honestly say they stayed late and tried everything to make it work--which they did!!! I had clogged drain on Friday evening they sent Sal right over within 15 min fixed our sink he was very professional and courteous!

They always do a good job for me. The only thing they don't do is fixing the venting pipe on a water heater!. That is strange! They said the vent pipe is the problem! We hired another tech to fix the vent. Problem still there. They had to come back which they did. Thanks!
