Best Septic Tank Drain Cleaning in Anaheim CA

Our bathroom ended up draining really slow/slightly clogged that we were only able to take 30 seconds-1 minute showers which made it very inconvenient. It was Friday night when it started happening and I worried that no one would be able to come because it was the weekend.

I ended up looking around Yelp and found a few. The previous location we had used before was quoting us $192 for a snake ($175, but after tax would've been around $192), and even insisted we hydrojet which would've cost us even more. Then I found Rooter Man which had a special for $49, but when I called the operator specified it's only $49 if our drain was easily accessible via a cleanout, and $125 if there wasn't a cleanout access and a normal snaking would be done. I honestly wasn't even sure what a cleanout was and assumed maybe we had one and the snaking process was the cheapest one quoted so far. I was getting desperate since it was already late afternoon. I really wanted things fixed/cleaned before night time (where people would be showering and heading to bed) so I decided to go with them and scheduled a same day appointment of 3:00PM.

I was glad that the operator was very helpful as she had attempted to explain all the plumbing lingo and their system was also very on top of keeping me updated with calls of when our technician, Jesse, would be arriving. Jesse arrived on time and was very friendly, he told us that since we had a standup shower, those don't have cleanouts and a regular snaking would be done instead. I don't know if the no cleanout for standup showers is true or not but he was here already, I mind as well just regular snake it.

It took about 30 minutes, but Jesse was able to clean out a few balls of hair that was clogging deep into our drain. We tested it and water was draining perfectly again. Before he left, Jesse gave us tips like: buy a shower drain hair catcher (especially for women with long hair) if we wanted to prevent hair from collecting in the drain too often.

Had leaking water heater. Called Cleanout Kings since they did great work in my shower plumbing. Bobby was the one to show up. He was very quick to find the issue and explain in detail. He immediately worked with us in getting a replacement and get the work done that same day. Pricing was more than reasonable. He installed our new water heater went over instructions in full detail and made the whole experience 5 star one for me and my wife. I'm telling you, these guys are the best in the area. Will continue to be a customer, hoping that the next issue we have is a smaller one lol.

I had a huge flood in my basement I called water damage restoration in Orange County and they were super professional they came same day late at night and they extract the entire water from the basement.
At the same time, they removed all the wet Sheetrock to prevent turning into mold the also left commercial dehumidifiers and fans for 4 days when they came after 4 days to pick the machines. Very professional setup, and to make sure that all the water damage was gone.They were super fast and professional and the crew was very nice all the way in the process I highly recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency service thank you guys!!!!

We've been using Cleveland plumbing for the last few years and they never disappoint. We've got a mid 1960's home with mature landscaping that can reek havoc on drains and sewer lines. They have a high pressure clean out with a camera that allows them to throughly clean out the tough spots where other plumbers might get the clog out, but not totally clean out all the roots. Very professional team, usually see Vance and Cody who are both great. I'd highly recommend Cleveland Plumbing if you're looking a quality and professional plumber.

My brother was in urgent need of a plumber. Arman the technician gave us a quote over the phone for the amount the job would be. My brother was fully satisfied with the amount paid and work done on his pluming! FYI the issue has not returned meaning the job was done correctly.

With this being said yes the amount was more then what we expected. Yes, we did call a few other places for quotes. No, we did not find a better quote or service. I personally think these other reviews are bogus. The price you are quoted over the phone applies to what you tell them is the problem over the phone. They are professional plumbers not psychics!

Team Rooter replaced our 40-year-old storm drain. Jacob Yoab responded to our initial call for a free estimate to clean out our storm drain. He was engaging, clear, focused … a total professional. The estimate arrived as promised. By the time he left we knew we’d hire him. However, life intervened and we had to put the job on the back burner of our To-Do list. Couple months later Mother Nature decided we could no longer wait. Storm season began. We called Ashley/Annie to arrange for service. A busy time. Hard to fit us in but they did. Ultimately, the drain had deteriorated beyond repair and required replacement. Over the next few days Louis, Carlos & Victor replaced the drain and returned the yard to its former beauty. The respect, clear and frequent communication and upbeat attitude from the entire team went a long way in keeping things moving smoothly. We will assuredly put Team Rooter Orange County on our calendar for 2-year maintenance calls. And have already referred them to family and friends.
