Cleveland did a thoroughly professional job in clearing my blocked house drain. They were able to come quickly, resolve the problem and clean up after. The crew was skilled and friendly and informative. I have had them help before, and they will be the team I call in the future. I recommend them

I called for an estimate because I had a routine sewage blockage from a toilet to the main line. I even took off the toilet to reduce the cost and make it easier because this happens every 4 years or so. The gentlemen wasn't interested in looking at the problem. He proceeded to look at the main line and run a camera 60' down the drain. He says, Oh this drain is in bad shape, you have roots and blockage. He proceeds to take out a sheet of paper showing me addresses of homes in the area that have paid anywhere from $3,000-$8000, to repair. He goes on to say we will have to dig and trench and encase a section to fix it and will cost about $2700.
Basically, what he was telling me, I already knew because plumbers have been saying this for 10 years and the drain although not perfect is working.
I suggested that he just run the snake through the toilet and the problem will be solved. He replied, Oh, no, I can't do that because of all the liabilities of breaking the line. Your insurance company will not even cover it!
Long story short, he refused to do the work. This company is not going to come out and do routine jobs especially if they come into neighborhoods where they think they can gouge someone.
About two hours later, a reliable company came in and did the work for $90. Don't bother calling these folks and if you see their trucks, run!

I called Nic-Beck’s Plumbing for an estimate for a mainline sewer blockage. Their estimate was a fraction of what we received from other companies and included more than what was being offered by their competitors!…I was shocked by the other outrageous prices we received and am thankful for calling around for additional estimates. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the process to resolve the issue was explained in full detail. All of the technicians were respectful and courteous from the very start and made my frustrating day and experience pleasurable. I highly recommend NicBeck’s Plumbing for all things related to plumbing!

Gas line repair... James was incredibly helpful- came out on the holiday weekend, identified the problem and worked to fix it quickly so I could get to my weekend plans! He explained everything in detail and even helped save my plants!

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.

Be aware when you deal with the company.

Anytime I need handyman work done at my house I call OC Rooterman! I remember I called him last minute once, and he still came and on that same day! His prices are great, you get great customer service AND the job gets done. I highly recommend this company. Five thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent techs with quality service. They strive to maintain long term relationships. While they are not the cheapest, you definately get what you pay for, and that is excellent quality workmanship. Also their trucks are equipped like no other. Other companies might show up with a van lacking the proper parts or tools but their trucks are fully stocked with parts and tools making most visits a one visit experience. Would reccomend to anyone.

They did an excellent job on finding and repairing a leaking pipe in our wall. Cody and Jimmy were polite and friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of us. We really appreciate their help.

Erick is the man! He’s repaired underground gas and sewer lines for me now. Incredibly responsive and reasonable. Provides constant updates with the project. Always takes the time to explain his thoughts and address my comments and concerns. These guys are the real deal!

I get it, It's the day after New Years, everybody's drains are backed up from all that unwanted company. .....But, I called at 7:45 AM and left a message, No response. Called again 4 hours later, No response?
Are they open.? Busy? What? I have no idea. So at 5:30 PM I called another company. They called me back in 28 minutes and were done at 8:30 PM.
Please, If your closed just say so. We will move on with our lives. But don't keep us hanging with a tub full of water, toilets that can't flush and people staring at you for an answer for 10 hours......Thank goodness for Jack In The Box being open!!!!!!!!!!!
