Dymek's Freedom Plumbing was recommended to me by my home insurance after filing a claim due to a failed water heater that flooded my garage. Chris Pehrson was the plumber who came out and quickly installed a new water heater temporarily, then permanently once the repairs to my garage were finished. He also performed a leak check throughout my place to ensure nothing else was causing problems. He found my water pressure regulator needed replacing as water pressure coming into my house was too high. That wasn't the reason for the water heater failure, as the water heater was more than 20 years old!

I appreciated Chris' thoroughness. He explained everything he was doing. I also had him install a videt on one of my toilets. Great company. Would highly recommend them and especially Chris for any plumbing work. They were on time and friendly. I think their prices are fair as well.

They were available when I needed them, showed up on time during a one hour window (big plus instead of the typical 4 hour), and professional. I highly recommend them.

I needed a repair and had to be at work so was nervous to call a repairman. I had a caregiver at home with an elderly adult. Called and was able to get service within a couple of hours. Chris Dymek called when he was on the way, kept me informed as repair was being done, gave estimated cost and stuck by it, was very polite and professional. Called when repair was completed, gave very thorough description on what went wrong, what he needed to do to correct issues and what I could do to not need the repairs again. I have to say, i don’t get too many repairmen like Chris D. I will be recommending his company to family and friends.

The plumbers solved a water hammering problem I had on my copper pipe system and installed a pressure regulator to lower the water pressure for our home. They did a fantastic job and knew exactly what to do. They were very professional and courteous.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and efficiency of the two plumbers who came and identified our pipe leak. They gave us a quote and completed the pipe welds under our home in the same day! I definitely recommend the team! We will be using them again, thank you!

My neighbor used Dymek’s when they had an under floor slab leak which can be a real problem on a PT slab. Having the same problem I called Dymek’s on a Sunday and they were at my house within 2 hours. Fortunately I had no interior damage except for extremely high water bill. They found the leak and were able to fix it using E-pipe saving me dollars and additional repairs. As with most 30 year old houses there were other things that needed attention and those were all taken care of at a very reasonable price. They were very careful to protect the house, cleaned up everything great and just did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them if and when there are plumbing issues.

Chris D. was called out for a leaking shower faucet.. He was efficient in replacing it, which totally resolved the issue. Chris also made some recommendations on other potential issues, which was informational.

Gas line leak inspection

This was a follow up visit to repair identified concerns. As in the past the office staff was outstanding. Professional , concerned, and polite. The technicians, Riley and Chris are very professional, timely, and concerned about their work. I highly recommend them and Freedom Plumbing.

Cleared clogged main sewage pipe; took time and care; showed camera footage; explained and recommended annual maintenance is all that was needed.

Mike and Daniel just left my house after unclogging my upstairs bathroom vanity sinks. Fortunately, they were able to come to my home soon after I called, as they had just completed a previous job. The clog required a bit of work, with two different snakes and a camera and I could not be more pleased. They cleaned up very well once they were finished and I certainly will consider using Dymek's in the future as the need arises. Oh, and yes, the price was very reasonable considering the work done.

I have a tankless water heater in a restaurant installed in a really cumbersome location on a wall above a drop ceiling. Two other plumbers had already taken a look at the unit. The first plumber looked at the unit and without much delay gave a quote for full replacement and shot an astronomical number at me. The second didn’t even look at the unit. He saw where it was and left. Tais was thorough, friendly and informative. He got in contact with the manufacturer of the unit and given me options on how to proceed. He seemed very helpful and honest. As a small business owner myself, I can clearly recognize that this company has great values and isn’t looking to take advantage of the people they service.

Called several companies and Dymek's guaranteed they could get someone out between 11AM-1PM so we went with them. The technician actually arrived before 11AM which was greatly appreciated as our water had been turned off since the night before. He worked quickly and competently to solve all of our issues, including two issues that were not directly involved with the initial plumbing problem. He was profession and easy going. He informed us of what was going on throughout the repair. I would definitely call on them again and I would highly recommend!

Chris #1 and Chris #2 were awesome! They had to pull my toilet to replace the seal and left my bathroom cleaner than when they started. Chris #2 even scrubbed away the mess under the toilet that was left because of the seal giving away. I would never have known that they did it because the toilet would have covered the mess when reinstalled. What a great team and company!

Dymek's Freedom Plumbing is the BEST and I'm so glad I called them for an overflowing toilet tank on 2nd floor and could not shut off water at that source. From the intake phone call, quick scheduling, on-time arrival and extremely professional and thorough work, my customer experience was phenomenal. Chris Dymek and Anibal worked tirelessly to inspect, repair and test all three of my toilets and master bathtub as well as informed me of other major items to look at for future repair/replacement. They did not stop until everything was up to par and went above and beyond. As many times as they had to go in and out of the house, they placed covers on their shoes each time and cleaned each area they worked in. With some water damage extending to floors and ceiling, Chris Dymek also referred me to restoration company. So thankful to have this team of professionals do such great work!

My main water line burst at 2 a.m. in the morning, I was able to shut the water off and when the sun came up I called Freedom Plumbing, Chris and Eddie came quite quickly and identified and fixed the problem very efficiently I cannot recommend this company enough.

My call was answered by a friendly operator and she booked my appointment for the time I needed and told me the plumber would call before they arrived.
Chris called and said he was 30 minutes out and then arrived on time.
Chris arrived, he was professional and friendly, he examined the areas of concern and explained what he would do.
While he and his assistant worked, I asked him about a toilet issue and the tankless hot water heater. He was able to address both of those issues as well & all at a very fair price.

Our mitigation team called Dymek's to come out for leak detection when we had a slab leak. They were prompt when called yo our house. They gave us an initial evaluation if the problem.

Had a broken outdoor irrigation pipe that was flooding our hillside. They came right out and fixed it, checking that the water flowed elsewhere in the yard.

This company has consistently performed at the highest levels. They’re very responsive to the initial call and punctual for their appointments. Reasonably priced on top of that. I’ve never use another plumber.

Very professional and good quality work. They installed 2 bidet for us at a reasonable price in addition to repair a toilet.

My wood floors in the hall were squishing, so I called Dymek's on Saturday. I told the girl that I could wait until Monday, so she scheduled an appointment for them to come out between 1 -4pm. On Monday, I had an emergency and called them to see if they could come out any earlier. The girl put me on hold and when she came back, told me that someone would be out within the hour.

Two people came out and they were both very professional. They wore masks and did a leak detection, as I thought the leak was in the wall by the shower. One of the guys was actually training the other one and I could hear him give very detailed instructions on everything that he was doing, so his co-worker would understand. The guy told me that the leak was actually coming from the seal in the shower and running down into an open area, which was causing water to pool under my wood floors and not coming from a pipe in the wall, which is what I originally thought.

They were very honest and no repairs were needed and all I paid for was the leak detection. I was very satisfied and very appreciative that they changed their schedule around, so they could accommodate mine. I will definitely be using this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

We were experiencing a problem with our water heater. It was still under warranty for the parts and they handled it smoothly. I had water leak at my side yard, and I call Dymek's, they were not able to find out the problem at all and still charge me $187. DO not use this company at all, they are not capable to find any problem and they were not advising you how they are going to charge you ahead.
They had only worked for 1.5 hours, then just kept calling his boss and finally they left and charged you 2 hours labor to do nothing. NEVEL USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL, THEY ARE NOT QUALIFY TO DO ANY JOBS AND JUST CHARGE YOU. Also pay attention on their review, I did not write review before, and then they send a 5 star review from me, they just make up it.

Chris Dymek and his assistant showed up on time on Monday August 10, 2021 and spent from early morning to about 7pm working to dig a trench, repair the sewer line and working with a crew to do the sewer liner. They kept the job very clean and organized. Everything went smoothly. The next day, Chris showed up to wait for the City Inspector. After the City Inspector came, he worked to fill the trench and lay cement. He was here until 8pm. Chris is always patient, organized, courteous and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. Dymek's rates are competitive, they're licensed, insured and they get a city permit. You couldn't ask for anything more from a plumber. I felt comfortable throughout the project and am extremely satisfied with the work.

We experienced flooding below our concrete driveway yesterday morning. After describing the problem to another contractor, it was suggested that we would likely need to saw into the concrete and replace the main water line - a very costly project.

We called Dymek Freedom Plumbing and thank goodness we did. Chris and his team were out that same afternoon and were able to identify that the flooding was coming from an uncapped area where our sprinkler system connected to the water main. Chris was able to replace the affected portion of the pipe without touching our concrete. He was able to fix that problem that afternoon to restore water to our house, and his pricing was very fair. I give Dymek's Freedom Plumbing my highest recommendation.

I don’t know where to start but I am very happy with Dymek’s! My mother had a leak in her main water line and there was flood under the house! I called a plumbing company and gave us a quote of 26k to drain the flood and replace all the pipes. I reached out to my mother’s home insurance and recommended this company to come out and assess damage. After everything is said and done, the total cost to us is $149.00 to replace the defective part of the pipe! Wow, Chris was wonderful and explained everything to us. He was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of helpful hints to prevent clogging of drains. He also unclogged and replaced some pipe in the bathroom and kitchen. I highly recommend this place. They’re very honest and trustworthy. It’s not a surprise they have 5 star rating all around! I also met Walter who was helping Chris out, very nice guy too. The owner Ron is wonderful. Thank you!!!

This is my first time using Dymek’s Freedom Plumming to come out and do a leak detection in my home. I’ve never had an issue like this in the 34 years I’ve been at my residence. Mr. Chris Pehson showed up earlier than expected wich was great for me. He went through the property and was able to inspect and find the leak. He installed a valve to cut-off water to the part of the house with the leak. I wanted to be proactive and have him do that in order to stop any further damage to the structure of the house. He took the time go over to a plain everything as he complete the inspection and installed the valve. I’m thankful for everything he did. He handled everything in a very professional manner. Thanks Chris for a job well done. Now I can breath a little easier.

I have used Dymek’s Freedom Plumbing for 20 years or longer. I live in a wooded area that is very prone to roots interfering with my pipes. Chris Dymek keeps me on a Maintain schedule to insure that the main line is kept clean to avoid any possible back up to the house. Chris is diligent, experienced and honest about all situations and offers all options that are available to resolve any issues that I have that are typical of a 55 year old house.
Prior to having Freedom Plumbing referred to me by my son, I had a number of other companies service my home that simply did not know what they were doing. I’d have to have them out again and again to try and resolve issues that should have easily been fixed in one visit
I don’t always get the answer I’d like to hear about what the issues are and what is needed to resolve the problem at hand, but I know from experience the damage that can be done by avoiding plumbing problems. I’m not the type of person to leave only reviews, but I am truly a fan of Dymeks Freedom plumbing! The experience begins with super friendly call staff who always seem to get someone out right away. Then the techs who come are super polite, professional, and find the best low cost solution. They always send video or photos to document the steps of the process and explain everything that needs to be done so well. I never would have thought I’d be a fan of a plumbing company but after a lot of bad and overpriced experiences over the years, I’m sticking with these guys for good!

They found the root cause of my plumbing issues with my kitchen sink. The problem area was located under the room adjacent to my kitchen. They removed the carpet. Dug two holes deep like waist high (it seemed). Removed the broken cast iron pipe and replaced with a new connection. They ran into some challenges b/c they had to connect it further where the pipe was not broken, so it took alot of digging for 1.5 days.

The refilled the holes with concrete. Swept up and cleaned the area and barely left a trace.

They kept their word and invoiced me as promised on the original quote. There were no sneaky extra charges (like many other companies).

They gave me such a peace in my heart. I don't have anxiety about washing dishes or veggies in my kitchen sink now, b/c all is well and flowing properly!

Thank God my AAA insurance company suggested I work with them. They are a huge blessing!

Also, I got 2 other quotes that went like this: $40k, $21k, etc. Dymek's Freedom Plumbing was the most reasonable in price (it saved me from going into debt). They didn't sell me on extra work and charges. They are honest. They take care of you. They are rock solid, so dependable and responsive.

I had the most awesome and thorough plumbing inspection done by Freedom Plumbing. Jaime and his colleague spent about 2 hours really checking out my problem with clogged kitchen sink, back flow, etc.

They were my 4th set of plumbers that came by to assess my situation. Overall they were so professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They were able to isolate the problem and offer me a lower cost alternative, with the possibility, there might be additional work if their 1st method is not a complete cure.

They used a sensor and coordinated it with the location of the camera, to see where the exact problem might be (whereas other plumbers used a turn on the all my water for an extended period, wasting water, resources) - SUPER ACCURATE and APPROPRIATE!

Their inspection fee was reasonable and so worth it. They charge a 3% fee if you place on credit card, so I paid by check.

Their quote was $1000's of dollars less than two other quotes that I got. They found a least damage to the house route for the solution. Their estimated turn around time was much shorter than other competing companies.

I am so happy that my AAA Insurance inspector recommended them to me.

I look forward to working with them to resolve my plumbing issues in my kitchen sink.

Auto club sent Freedom out because we had a leak coming out of the ceiling and wall in a bedroom. They told us there were no pipes going through the bedroom and then we had a leaky roof. I went back-and-forth with a roofing company for about two weeks. The roofers could not find any problem with the roof. The leak continue to grow. What was once A 1 ft.² damaged area turned into damaged ceiling, three walls and flooring. It ended up our main water line was going through this bedroom and had sprung a leak. This was discovered after my husband decided to cut a hole in the wall. I called FREEDOM to come out to help repair the damage ASAP. They said it would be a couple hundred dollar service charge since it was a weekend. I contacted the emergency line at auto club and luckily they sent out another plumber right away. Nobody could believe that freedom did not discover that our main water line ran through this bedroom and did not detect this leak.buyer beware

I had been told that I needed a new sewer under my house and been quoted $12,600 from one company and $10,500 from another. I found Ron's website and he came out to give me a third quote. After running the camera through the pipe he said it didn't appear the sewer needed anything but to be cleaned. Ron's son Chris came the next day and cleaned the sewer line, ran the camera again and told me the entire line was intact. Total cost was less than $150. I am a customer for life.

Even after their work was completed and while other damages caused by the leak were being repaired, Chris followed up to make sure that their work had accomplished its purpose. The second problem was a bathroom sink that was not draining properly. Others had told us that the repair would require entering the wall behind the sink and replacing the drainpipes, which would require additional expensive removal and replacement of wall tiles. I called Freedom Plumbing and asked for Chris to come out to check out the problem. Chris showed up with a helper and they quickly diagnosed the problem and cured it simply because of Chris's experience and skill to clear a vent pipe problem. During the first work performed, Chris had prepared drawings of a part of the home plumbing, including the bathroom sink area, which he used to locate and repair the vent pipe problem on his second visit.

On both occasions, the work performed has been excellent quality. They communicate through the entire process, explain what they are doing, and answer any questions. This is been the best experience we have ever had with plumbing issues over decades of home ownership. If any other plumbing issues come up, I will call Freedom Plumbing.

Had a plumber tell me my sewer line under our home needed to be replaced because it was cracked. I called freedom plumbing to inquire about alternatives. Spoke to Chris, one of the owners. He said there were options to me having to tearing up the sewer pipe which runs through our home's concrete slab. He suggested he look at it first. He came out ran a camera through my sewer line and said he saw no major problem except for a need for a hydro jet cleaning. He did that then ran the camera through a second time and saw no issue. This saved me allot of hassle and mess if I would have followed the advice of the previous plumber. I did not have a clean out pipe. I had them install one so the next time I need a clean out of inspection they would not need to go up on the roof. Also in case there is ever a back up, it will outside my home versus in the home. They were efficient, reasonably priced and the cement work they did to cover where they had to break on my front patio to install the clean out was a 10 out of 10. The cement work blended perfectly. Highly recommend them.

Was waiting for a week, travis came look like he was very knowledgeable. General contractor screwup completing my shower and I need to do everything. I was waiting for plumers for a long time. Monday, Tuesday, did not get called back. I was in limbo for four days finally they came to schedule water leak. I open up the ceiling for them in garage and when guys came, they didn’t do anything they just left and that’s it they said he needs to come back. I would not recommend this company. he was my last hope.

I have a house built in the late 1920's with still some original plumbing on a raised foundation. They were able to come in and fix the leak under the house in a difficult location. Chris & his coworker did a Clean and Excellent job. They found and repaired my kitchen leak. My drywall was removed prior to the plumbers arriving. Chris saw the old copper pipe that was leaking was in contact with the electrical conduit and it had signs of electrolysis.
Chris and his coworker replaced the old affected pipes and also replaced 2 outside faucets, making them easier to use for my 93 yo mom when she gardens. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs and yes I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a major water leak so we shut off the water main.
I called Freedom Plumbing and left a message at 7 am Friday.
Received a call from Ron Dymeck within a few minutes promising a crew to be there within 2 hours.
Technician Tais Amaro and his coworker, Anibal arrived before 10 am.
Within a few minutes they determined the problem and the solution and a price to fix it. We had running water within the hour.
They went right to work with all the necessary equipment from their truck. Cut concrete slab, dug till they found the broken pipe and repaired it. Poured cement after the pipe was tested for no leaks.

REPEAT CUSTOMER. December 28 2020 We had two repairs, install a new kitchen faucet (Christmas present) And a big drain leak under the master bathroom sink. I was so glad we chose Chris Dymek for the extensive plumbing repairs. We ended up deciding to repipe the entire place, and Chris was great about explaining everything and following up to make sure it was all done correctly.

We added on a couple of long-overdue updates like updating the water heater and swapping out old slow-flushing toilets for much better ones that Chris recommended, which turned out to be a HUGE improvement!
