Called for a quote to get my septic tank pumped, which I always have paid $375 previously with another company which closed down. They wanted over $750 for the same job, possibly more. Be very cautious. They were upfront about the fees but astonishingly high, almost like they don't want to do this.

Les gave me an honest assessment of my plumbing issue like I was one of the family. He explained what had to be done but also what did not need doing and that saved me money.

Martin & Mauro were great. Ran into a few unexpected surprises, not of their doing, and stayed late to get everything done! Grateful to have someone who I can trust!

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.

Be aware when you deal with the company.

I want to thank Steve at Graham for repairing and redoing a nightmare of a bad plumbing job to a good reality! The pictures will speak for themselves. Steve did a great job not only in properly redoing the poorly executed work of the previous plumber but provided good follow-up and filled the hole left by the previous plumbers. Who I found out were apprentices. Notice how I referred to the other guys in plural. I will definitely be using Graham in the future for other plumbing related projects. Thanks again Steve and Graham Plumbing for having such a skilled and dedicated technician who stands by quality first over dollars and cents!

Anytime I need handyman work done at my house I call OC Rooterman! I remember I called him last minute once, and he still came and on that same day! His prices are great, you get great customer service AND the job gets done. I highly recommend this company. Five thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

I knew my problem was weird and difficult to find. I am very mechanical . This is an average of different ratings on different topics.
4 stars - I called , looking for Ground penetrating Radar to find an ABS pipe in my back yard grass area. The first manager said they do not have that device, I said thank you. He said have a nice day.
1 star - A few minutes later another manager called me and said, that the other guy was wrong and that they do have it. I verified with him, what I wanted and he said, yes they have it. Great, we made the appointment.
4 stars - The tech arrived on time, clean and was very nice.
I showed him my problem and what I thought we needed. He agreed with what I needed and that they do NOT have that tool to find the abs pipe.
1- star , So I called the their office to let them know about their mistake, The woman said someone will call me back. That never happened.

I do Property management. I did have a little problem with them making a mistake and wasting my time.
BUT the bigger problem was NOT returning my call.
