Called for a quote to get my septic tank pumped, which I always have paid $375 previously with another company which closed down. They wanted over $750 for the same job, possibly more. Be very cautious. They were upfront about the fees but astonishingly high, almost like they don't want to do this.

He made 2 trips to our house to make sure our current plumbing issue was resolved completely, and our price did not change for the 2nd trip - which was very much appreciated. Since i was home and wanted to learn, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing to tackle the issue and more importantly why he was doing what he was doing. Often times plumbing issues create quite a mess, AJ spent extra money to make sure he had enough tarps and materials before starting our job. That helped contain the mess and again he took extra time to clean up. Our place did not have any odors when he was done with everything. We will surely use his services for any future plumbing needs, and without hesitation will refer our family and friends to him for any plumbing needs they have. My mother had a leak in the kitchen sinks and called Power Pro Plumbing and they came right out to help. Adam and another young man was very knowledgeable and explained to us that the pipes were bad and took pictures to let us see exactly how bad it was underneath the house. And as for their customer service top notch i called for a copy of the invoice and Z was very helpful in emailing it to me. If we need anymore big plumbing jobs they are first on the list.

I used this company today for the septic tank installation, and they made it. Their plumber was very nice and polite, keeping me informed throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond in customer service. I greatly appreciated how he did it in a short period. Highly recommended!
