I was having problems with my ac but I called the number on the website and they were at my house in a few hours. The guy had my ac repaired and running in no time and didn't try to scam me into buying anything extra. They are good people, I recommend them to everyone!

The technicians are top quality and very helpful. Jim; aside from being on top of all the work that is needed, he keeps me updated if there are any problem that he sees for future issues. His estimates are always free and he sticks to those estimates.
He installed a eye wash set up from my employees and he not only made sure it was what I wanted but made sure that after installation was done that I was happy with my choice.

Nate Romero was very professional and explained what needed to be done and the cost for the job in a very timely manner. He was courteous at all times. Once he began the work, his time was spent wisely. The job required parts not carried in his truck; however, he took time to look up the necessary parts that needed to be purchased with a link for ease of finding at the local hardware store. Overall, he kept a clean work area and disposed of used parts. He has exceptional people skills!

Steven was prompt and efficient. I was thrilled to have a new water heater. He also replaced a leaking bathroom faucet as well as the valves. He was very pleasant and neat. He deserves 10 stars!!

I expected a reasonable quote for replacing angle stops/shutoff valves, which anyone can do with a crescent wrench and channel locks. First estimate was $285 per angle stop (and I need 4 or 5). These are $10 parts (each) at Home Depot, and take maybe 10 minutes each to install. I asked the plumber how long it would take to replace 5 and he said two hours. So, the estimate was $1,425 for $50 in parts, or $1,375 labor for two hours. After speaking with the service manager the lowest they would go was $1,000. I told them No and now I'm headed to Home Depot to do it myself. I will not bother to call this company again.
