We had the BEST prompt and professional service from Owen Plumbing! They solved a huge problem with our toilet, it ended up having roots growing underneath in the piping. They are very courteous and understanding as we needed them out quickly! My grandma has dementia so it was difficult to try and get her not to use the bathroom and they made some schedule changes to come out ASAP! I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Great team and very knowledgable

Horrible service. Plumbing team came over to diagnose a a leak and completely missed that a copper pipe had a radiator hose clamp with a rubberband on it. Team did a whole house leak test and tried to convince them to add a blow off valve to the exterior of the house. Also, tried to sell them on the idea of redoing the drainage for the water heater.

After I spoke with the lead team member over the phone, he seemed defensive about the whole issue. He started saying that my parents did not tell him where the leak was at. After that, he said that his team had to be paid for the time they spent at our house which is completely unprofessional.

Team could not find the leak and they just wanted to upsell my parents for everything.

Attached is a radiator hose clamp on a copper pipe which clearly sticks out to the naked eye.

Wasted $ 275 for them to tell us the obvious.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Jimi for his excellent service and his professional but also personable demeanor.Our garage was a flooded muddy mess do to our neighboring condo’s water line not holding together ” properly “ Jimi made a not so fun Saturday night not so bad.Still have a few days work ahead to get the plumbing straight and mud cleaned up but really appreciate his knowledge in getting what needed to be done tonight accomplished in a timely manner.
