Called this business because it was the weekend and both toilets and showers were stopped up. They showed up and after trying to unclog them told us that the pipes were old and rusty and needed to be replaced.
After getting over the shock of how much it was gonna cost we decided to go ahead and have the sewer system replaced.
Edgar, the head guy, got to work right away and we had no problems or complications. The job was done professionally and quickly. The only bad part was having to wait for the city to come and do their inspection of the work.
Overall it was a good and comforting experience with Edgar stopping and answering all my questions.
I would certainly recommend this company.

Second time we used them and another good experience as Angel goes out of his way to do a good job .They show up on time with all the tools needed. I had what I thought was a bad water shut-off valve but Angel looked at it and said it was good ,no need to replace it . They even helped me take the old fridge outside.

Burt arrived on time with his partner. Every time they went into the house, they put on shoe covers. He did very thorough tests of our pipes for a water leak. Both men were friendly, very professional, and easy to talk to. I will contact them again the next time I have a water problem.

Charged egregious price for removing clog in kitchen drain. It was $450 for about 30 mins of work. The plumber who worked on the house was very professional and knowledgeable, but charging that kind of price is just price gauging the poor consumer. I would’ve paid them $100 for just a consultation fee of how to remove the clog myself instead of $450 if they had just given me that advice over the phone. My plumber was out of town and he couldn’t help me but said the $450 price is just ridiculous….

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.

Be aware when you deal with the company.

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him
