I had Jose visit my home to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. He was in-n-out in 30 minutes and did a fine job.

Power Pro was more affordable than most, though not the cheapest.

They came out same day when 3 other companies didn't, and did so within 2 hours of my call. I got a call when Jose was close, which I appreciated.

This is my first time using Nexgen and my experience was great. They accommodated my work schedule and were on time to the appointment which is rare. They completed the tuneup and discovered some disconnected ducts which they repaired. Overall, the price was fair and service was good. I definitely trust the tech and his knowledge.

1. Cost to re-route two lines, 18 hrs of work approx, was approx $7,400. Overly expensive compared to other plumbing estimates. Home insurance adjuster commented, that's very expensive.2. Included in the bill was a $330 leak detection charge which could've been done with the naked eye.3. Technician inadequately evaluated the leak issue. Completed what his leak detection device told him was the issue but, had to return the following day when the leak reappeared.4. Based on my dissatisfaction, supervisor offered a $50 coupon be taken off the bill. Insulting.Will never use Orange Coast Plumbing again!

Technician Steven came to my parents house to unclog their kitchen sink. He was able to unclog it in less than 30 minutes! He did an amazing job !! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Thank you so much!

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.
