After years of being screwed over by various contractors, I came home to a garage full of water one Friday afternoon and my heart sank. Here we go again....
I called the first 5 star plumber I could find on Yelp, and he couldn't come out, but gave me Chris's number as an alternative to try. I'll be forever grateful that he did!
Within an hour, Chris had come out and made the tank safe, and within 24 hours and a few strings pulled behind the scenes, he had got hold of a brand new water heater for us and installed it beautifully. No mess, no fuss, no drama, no incredible disappearing acts, just a swift, honest, great job at a fantastically reasonable price.
We finally have a go-to plumber! It's a big relief to know we have someone reliable we can call on now the next time something goes kaput who we know we can trust!

The owner, Cesar followed up multiple times to ensure the project finished smoothly and that our pipe was fixed in time for our out of town guests to arrive, all of his staff are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They also came out when we first bought our home to do some minor plumbing fixes like check sewer line leak, fix leaking toilet, etc. We will continue to use them!

It is so hard to find an honest Plumber, but when you do, want to tell everyone! Daniel is that guy!! We just moved to the area and needed to find a plumber for a laundry list of plumbing needs, he helped us sort through what was urgent, and what could wait. Who does that these days? He was great and informative, he's now in my go to plumber!

These guys are great! They showed up on time, had knowledge of the situation and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Along with all that they have prices that beat most of their competition. Definitely will use their services in the future.

I don't usually post about these things but I felt this was necessary due to the level of service we were provided. i Called orange coast plumbing and their rep Reese came out . He was there on time, took the time to explain everything to us, including the options we had to fix our drain (even though it was a very complicated issue under a cement slab) and made us feel comfortable about the repair and price. He left the place cleaner than when he came and we felt we were in the best hands throughout the whole process. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Our tech was great. On time, knowledgeable, and was honest. Great work but too pricey like most plumbers. 505 for 2 drain replacements and I provided the parts.
