$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.

The crew were thorough about their installation of the Rinnai tankless water heater model RUR199in. They spent tremendous amount of time from morning till late evening putting multiple recirculation valves in the house as well as motion sensors to activate the unit. This was not a new install but a replacement of an older Bosch tankless water heater and there was quite some time involved in removing and replumbing the water and gas pipes for the new system. In all Tankless Pros (lead by Jacob) were respectful, courteous, listened to my needs and made sure I'm satisfied at the end of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone else needing to install a tankless water heater system.

I don't understand this business at all. You call their number and it connects you to a local plumber...but sometimes it connects you to a plumbing supply that doesn't have plumbers at all. You can't call and talk to anyone there either. Seems shady.
