Best Water Heaters Tankless in Detroit MI

We contacted Nelson Bros to look at a shower that wasn't getting as hot as it previously had. We were told a part needed to be replaced. They ordered the wrong part, and then somehow made it so only cold water comes out of the shower. Almost 2 months later, we still have an unusable shower and they have not been able to get the correct part in. I would not recommend and will not be using again. Very unprofessional.

Excellent service in a timely manner. Prices are quite reasonable as well. They fixed the issue, but also educated us on underlying reasons and provided tips on maintaining our HVAC unit. We will be using Anthony Carmona from Home Service for all future needs.
