This was my first time using Mr. Rooter. I searched online to find a local plumber and saw all the great reviews that they had and thought I'd give them a try. The reviews don't lie, amazing job! I liked how they came out to do a free estimate first. I did not feel pressured to pay for any services I did not want. Jeff was very professional and straightforward. I liked how he didn't try to upsell and was honest about the work and what problems could lay ahead due to the taps being so old. I felt confident in Jeff's work and agreed to go ahead to fix the leak. Jeff showed determination and pride in his work. When he does a job, he gets it done and gets it done right. I highly recommend Jeff, he was amazing. I am very satisfied with his work and will be passing the word along to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you, Jeff!

Requested Scotty to come out to hydrojet after having him out last week and as always he was very professional and thorough.

I had Jim and Joel come and do some repairing in my bathroom. Two of the most nicest, informative, and genuine people I have ever met. They gave me all of my options before I chose which route I wanted to go. They definitely tried to go which way would be most affordable and safest way for me. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Definitely will be going back if I need more work done.
