Best Repair Water Fixtures in Detroit MI

We contacted Nelson Bros to look at a shower that wasn't getting as hot as it previously had. We were told a part needed to be replaced. They ordered the wrong part, and then somehow made it so only cold water comes out of the shower. Almost 2 months later, we still have an unusable shower and they have not been able to get the correct part in. I would not recommend and will not be using again. Very unprofessional.

I truly COULDN'T be happier that I chose Heaney Heating to replace my central air unit. First of all, Everyone in the office was extremely courteous! They got a technician out the next morning for an estimate, and their price beat every other estimate I received. John was who installed the unit, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was EXTREMELY HONEST from the very beginning! Plus, I feel he went above and beyond in making sure everything was working great before he left! I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
