Our family had an issue with a toilet that was poorly installed by a non-professional. The toilet was out of order due to an internal issue in the area of the toilet that holds the water prior to flushing. It was spraying water on the inside and wasn't properly filling and shutting off. Upon searching online and seeing Plumbing Now come up in search results as being highly rated and a quality business, we gave them a phone call. They promptly and courteously picked up and told us they'd give us a phone call about ten minutes from arrival. Mark Beaudoin, owner of Plumbing Now, showed up at our doorstep soon after the ten minute notice. He was professionally dressed and wore a mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He quickly was able to inspect the toilet and diagnose the issue with ease. He clearly was a professional. He knew what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and promptly gave us a cost. He charged our family an extremely reasonable cost to repair the toilet. We agreed and within seconds he got back into his truck, got out the needed supplies he needed to make the repair, and within 10 minutes he had corrected said issue and ensured there were no other major issues that needed immediate attention. He was kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. If you want something done right and fast, he's your guy. The icing on the cake is that it's a locally owned business since 1993! What better way to support our neighbours during a pandemic than by using their services! We need more quality service professionals like Mark! Give him a call and get back to your day! After reading great reviews of Cregger, I decided to contact them after my water heater stopped working. The techs came out addressed the problem and provided multiple options to remedy the issue. Completely professional, fast service and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend there services highly.

Wanted to charge me 1600 usd to swap water heater... got it for 925 USD instead. No, the guy who installed it instead for a fair price was not on drugs (lol!). Water not leaking, water not poisoned, house did not blow up or catch on fire. I'm sorry, but charging more than 1100 USD (since a water heater costs 445 USD) for 30 minutes of labor to install it is NOT an honest price. People forget there is something called Google out there, where you can actually find out what an honest price for a determined service is.

Called these people in hopes to find a detroit based commercial hvac contrcator.Spoke with Tony Moore of Moore brothers. He asked me to send him my blue prints via email and i did.He replyed saying he did received. One week later still no response. So i decide to call back and asked if that could follow up with me.
Still no reponse two weeks later. Dont waste your time!!!!!!!!!!
