My grandmother was in desperate need of a plumber, she previously had some work done. She was OVER CHARGED and they made the problem worse than it originally was by breaking a cable off in the sewer line and never disclosed that information to her. I was referred to Brock’s plumbing by a friend. My worry was that she would be ripped off again. Mr. Ray of Brock’s plumbing came in and ran a camera through the sewer and told us what the problem was. He explained everything so that my grandmother and I understood. Not only did they show up on time, Mr. Brock and his employees were professional and they got the job done!!!!!! Thanks again Brock’s plumbing.

I had a blocked drain and sewage backup in my basement on a Saturday morning. I called Edwards and the gentleman told me they could have someone out between 1pm - 7pm. He said they had openings and weren’t that busy and it’s possible I could get a call sooner. He also mentioned that they would call me 1 hour before arrival.I called around 5pm and asked if they had a timeframe. They said the techs were stuck on a job and that it would be late and if it got too late for me, to call them. But that I was still on the schedule. I got a text message at 11:13pm saying they apologized they couldn’t make it (techs were stuck on a job) and asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day (Sunday). I responded at 7am and they said I was next available. I called around 1030am to see if they had a timeframe and that gentleman said they do not and their techs were stuck at another job.Since it was over 24 hours and a missed appointment, we found someone local that was able to come within the hour. I called to cancel the appointment with Edwards and not 10 seconds after I hung up with them, I get a call from a different gentleman saying they have someone. Strange coincidence.Overall disappointed in this company. I stuck with them for over 24 hours and kept getting the run around. No proactive communication except the 11pm text message. I understand they have other customers with maybe more of an emergency than me. But I couldn’t use my water, toilets, etc and during this period of time and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The only positive was they answered the phone when I did call but had the same generic response every time.

This company was great! We had sewage backing up in our laundry tub at 8 pm on a Saturday. They arrived within an hour and did a wonderful job. Very courteous and careful about our home - removed shoes when going in and out of the house, carried equipment out that had been exposed to sewage, and even cleaned up by mopping and using Lysol. To top it off, their fee was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
