We always feel confident that when calling Nelson Bros. they’ll do a great job. We’ve had them out a few times for various issues or projects. Just had Creith out here for a repair and he did a fantastic job. Everyone is always friendly and they fix any problem with zero issues afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

This is a bad company. Nearly a week since they've been paid and not completed the job. They were asked to unclog the basement, including snaking the sanitation drain in the front yard and they didn't. Therefore, they left a family with children and disabled adults in a home with sewer backed up and has not come back to correct the problem. Rob refuses to give a number to a manager nor has a manager called to speak with the home owner they've screwed over.
Since this company has abused disabled people, be careful that they don't do the same to you.

We had to order the part ourselves, and he just charged a flat rate to install. Good job.

Highly recommend this company. My water heater was leaking everywhere I was able to get ahold of their company's after hour service and was forwarded to a plumber immediately. He instructed me how to turn off the water and came out and replaced my water heater that day. Very clean and efficient. He wore a mask and foot protection.

Jim is a fantastic plumber. He showed up early for the appointment and once he saw the problem he quickly gave us the options for fixing it. He quickly repaired the problem and even answered a couple more plumbing questions we had. We will definitely be calling him again.

Have used Binson for many years always on time sometimes earlier. The area was always cleaned up. Explained what they were going to do.

Poor service, i would never recommend this company. My experience with this company still hunts me.
