I don't normally write reviews but I have to say this company is awesome!!! I was screwed over by another plumbing company and was left with no hot water. I was calling around trying to find another company for the next day to get it fixed and found Motor City Plumbing and Drain. They were fantastic! Brandon came out first thing in the morning to install our water tank. It took longer then expected because we had to wait on the city to turn the water off to the house and Brandon waited with us and didn't leave until he got the job done! He really went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. I also want to say the receptionists that scheduled the appointment and confirmed the appointment were happy, cheerful on the phone and super knowledgably. Everyone on the team did a fantastic job. We received that old school customer service where you feel taken care of and heard. My husband and I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you soo much!

Had them out to replace our old decrepit main drain. The plumbers they sent out to us were very professional. Took care of the job no problem, quickly too. Cleaned everything up nicely too, I would definitely use them again.
