I had a pipe freeze and burst during the winter. Johnny came out the same day I called and took care of it. He was polite and professional.

With the temps getting colder, I realized that I should not postpones getting my boiler fixed. When I called they gave me the next earliest available slot. They sent Kevin F and he showed up on time and he was very professional and super patient with me as he explain what was wrong and how he was planning to fix it. He went above and beyond to make sure then the system was working properly after replacing the back flow valve.

crooks. i called them out to clear a blockage in my sewer pipe. they failed to snake it, then told me they might be able to hydrojet it for more money (i have since been told by several other plumbers that if the snake failed they should have known a hydrojet would also fail). the hydrojet filled my basement with fecal mud, at which point the tech told me i had a collapsed line and i'd need to tear my back porch off so roto-rooter could come back and dig it out.in the end i was out $800+ for no help and a huge reeking mess to clean up by myself (though roto-rooter did helpfully offer to clean it up for me... for $1500 extra) and they didn't even correctly diagnose the line collapse. if i had listened to these swindling incompetents i would have spent $15000 or more rebuilding my whole back porch after they dug underneath it and discovered that no, the collapse wasn't under the porch at all!i have since had CJ from flawless plumbing and flooring come out to help me with the problem, and he found i did have a collapsed line, but the damage was way out in my back yard, almost at the city sewer! he brought a team out to fix it the very next daydon't make the mistake of calling roto-rooter just because their name is first in the google results. the only thing they're good at is upselling you; call someone local!
