Best Emergency Service Available in Detroit MI

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Thanks Mike & Jason - hopefully won't need you much but keepers!

Left a mess, make sure receipt is present during money exchange/paying. ( he said he was gonna get it out the truck, and drove off )

Had a water shutoff valve come off in my hand on the day before Easter in the middle of the pandemic. I tried 2 other companies I had used before and got no response. Fast forward a couple of days. I called Levine & Sons at 10:50 am, Mike was here by 11:30 and done replacing that valve and the other one for the same sink by 2:00. He examined the issue, checked the companion valve (which had the same issue), made a recommendation with an estimate, and got the work done promptly. Saved me from having this happen a second time! I'll be calling again for some other items that I want done.

Made an appointment with this company, they first of all took down the wrong number and after 5 attempts to get the right number from me they still managed to get it wrong, it's 9pm the same night and still no show no call, 24 hour service, so they want you to stay up 24 hours so they can push your appointment off again and again , and when you call back you get the same incompetence from the answering service time and time again. Plumbing made be good but the incompetent answering service is going to cost them a lot of future jobs , I surely will not call them for the businesses I run , 1 star is entirely to high for the level of service I believe will never show up . Save your time because they clearly believe your time is of no value.wrong , you want to make yourself look like you tried when in fact you failed to call the right number after getting the right number several times , I could care less what you want to charge someone , you failed but want to try and save face, epic fail guys , I would rather pay four to tens times the amount as opposed to a company that lies and then tries to cover it with your ridiculous comments, your company is the reason why people don't trust plumbers and money grubbing owners , customer service is not what you do and resolve no you didn't do that either , you and your comments are an absolute joke, you don't have the first concept of customer service and the fact you can't write down the correct number is not the fault of any one but you , and your answering service, maybe start by listening and learning customer service and the value of the customers time , I'm glad you have so much business that you can act like a idiot
