We had an emergency water situation in the late evening. Mark returned our call within 10 minutes & was at the house first thing in the morning! Safety precautions were taken due to Covid without any mention of wearing a mask which was greatly appreciated. After assessing the situation we were advised in great detail what work needed to be completed & the cost associated with it. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

Highly recommend this company. My water heater was leaking everywhere I was able to get ahold of their company's after hour service and was forwarded to a plumber immediately. He instructed me how to turn off the water and came out and replaced my water heater that day. Very clean and efficient. He wore a mask and foot protection.

Joe ran the snake twice and double checked that the drain was clear. He also answered my questions, gave me tips on kitchen/bathroom drain maintenance, and gave me a free bottle of drain cleaner (the kind that doesn't eat your pipes).
