I am always blown away by the team at Bubby's Plumbing. I had Mark attend my home this week to replace a few parts of my toilet, it turned out the whole thing needed to be replaced due to expired parts and a break that couldn't be fixed. Mark was responsive and kept me updated the whole time and had a new toilet installed within an hour of realizing this was the course of action he needed to take. He was clean, professional, and incredible and I am so grateful! As a mom with a toddler and only one bathroom not having a working toilet is not an appealing lifestyle choice, but with Bubby's Plumbing working for you I never even had a chance to panic! Starting with Miss. Kristine , she was so charming and a delight to talk to. She answered the phone with a smile which you could see through the phone. Scheduled same day appt and Dan showed up promptly. He was so nice and pleasant. Took care of the problem within the hour. He was actually smiling while snaking the toilet. Who does that? 😄 Highly recommend!

So I called this company for a drain service and they were nice... polite ....alert......looked professional and act professional on all levels of the service that they provided...and their prices were reasonable

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
