Excellent!

Came out but was only fixed for 2 weeks. Then they said one time only they'd repair it again for free. They never came again and the responses were unprofessional. Only reason it not a 1 star is it was fixed for 2 weeks

Mike the owner is, one of the most cordial, prompt, accommodating professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. In my discourse with him regarding the plumbing issue, Mike assessed the problem and proceeded to explain what was needed and how he would resolve it. I can say he's more like a doctor with great bedside manners....So if you know like I know, his kind, are few and far between. Lastly, the employee that was with him was outstanding as well.

Most important, the workmanship was grade A.

Thank you! Used the Dynamic Duo of Tim and Duncan for help trouble shooting and fixing why our kitchen faucet had such little water pressure when trying to use the hot water. They took the time to troubleshoot the issue and able to fix the problem without replacing the <1 old faucet. Used them in 2022, used them in 2023 and will call them again when needed.

I received prompt, quality service from them. My issue was repaired the same day that I called. It wasn't cheap, but good, quick service seldom is. The only reason this isn't a five star review is that the technician did not wear his mask properly while working in my house. I would have felt safer during these modern plague times had he kept his nose and mouth covered.

Concerned Plumbing was heaven sent. They are our only plumbing go-to!

They tried to fixed my urinals in my business, I was Quoted 2k for the job
I agreed
they couldn’t get the job done in one day because they started late I was charged $800 extra . Now the urinals are worse than before . Didn’t even last 2 months . Very unhappy , will never use again
