It was a gas leak but I think I was overcharged for him to put some plumbing tape On two fittings that took him less than an hour to do And charge me 375😟😟

I paid for the diagnostic test on my faulty AC unit but will not be using them because they gave outrageous prices for a fix as well as replacement unit. Please evaluate the going rate for AC unit repairs and replacements because you quoted twice as much as other companies I've gotten quotes from.

During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

Very professional and friendly staff. However, receiving an estimate from them shouldn't be the last. I was given a estimates of $2300 and $2800 for two different problems. Another reputable company did the first job in the same manner for $300 and advised me on how to fix the second project myself if I didn't want to spend money doing it.

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Omega looks at your plumbing very thoroughly to ensure you do not have any underlying issues and they resolve the problems that you called for originally. I highly recommend Omega!!

E&J was able to troubleshoot and repair a sewer issue for a pipe connecting from the kitchen to the main. Also shared knowledge on the work that was being done and how the kitchen plumbing functions. Will call E&J for future plumbing work.

I first used true door my business to clear a drain line. Easy and quick. Reasonable
Then to pre plumb/plumb my basement that I was finishing. Home run every time!

He was prompt, efficient, kind, informative, and most importantly—he fixed the problem. And as if it couldn’t get any better, he also followed up to make sure the fix was continuing to work. Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Buyer beware!!!!!! This plumber comes to the house with a $45 dollar trip charge which I agreed to. He was there 10 minutes, checked my water pressure which took 30 seconds, he then quoted me $670 to repair a small water pipe break which was in a crawl space that was easily accessible. He didn't even evaluate what was needed?. Instead he just looked into the crawl space and quoted $670. His tactic is to bid the job really high... realizing that he can make a quick $45 dollars going from house to house...knowing that most of the knowledgeable home owners won't pay for an outrageous quote of $670. Occasionally he will get a naive home owner to pay the over priced amount. This is his business model.
I paid the con man the $45 dollar trip charge and decided to do it myself. Bought a $50 dollar part and spend 1.5 hours and fixed it myself. With his trip charge and my parts cost, I avoided a $500 dollar ripoff. He made a quick $45 which was what he wanted all along. He either makes a quick $45 or an outrageous cost for the repair.

A GREAT PLUMBER would have said, describe for me the issue you have? Send me a pic of the issue and I'll provide a rough estimate, but I will have a trip charge of $45 if you have me come to your house. A GREAT PLUMBER then would have taken 5 minutes to assess the job, then quote me an honest price. Not this guy, he quoted the job at $670 without even evaluating the job?. There are honest plumbers out there, unfortunately Adam's plumbing is not one of them. Buy the way, I rarely write a bad review, but this guy is really is a con man. I should have followed my instincts when he was a bit condescending on the phone in the first 30 seconds. Even if the job took two hours, he would have made $335 an hour!!!! You shouldn't pay more that $150 per hour. Unbelievable.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
