I would like to acknowledge Roscoe for his outstanding work ethic. Scheduled an appointment time for 1-3 pm. Roscoe sent a text at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way. Really appreciated the text message that included his picture and some snippets of his personal info! Arrived promptly at 1:45 and began to assess the issue with the kitchen faucet. Once he determined what the issue was, provided me with a dollar estimate and the length of time to complete the work. Upon completion of his work, he showed what had been done and asked if we were satisfied with the work. Extremely happy with the work he completed. My faucet is working great now! Roscoe was so very kind to answer all our concerns. I appreciate the time he took to share his plumbing knowledge. He is truly an asset to Done Plumbing!!

We scheduled a furnace tune-up with Blue Sky without really knowing anything about the company. We had received a mailer right about the time we needed the tune-up, so they were who we went with. How fortunate it turned out to be! Jerome was the technician who arrived. He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. He showed to me, and explained to me, basically the whole inner workings of the furnace. I really felt like he knew what he was talking about and it was so helpful to receive so much information. I never felt as if any of his recommendations were untrue or just designed to line the company pockets. In this day and age of poor customer service, it was great to have such a good experience!

My furnace went out just after New Years. Aaark was the the only company who had a tech available at 5:00 pm. Matt J came out and diagnosed a bad control board on our 23 year old furnace. He gave us several options before we decided to go with a high efficiency Amana furnace. After seeing Aaarks attention to detail and how respectful and knowledgeable the techs and install team were with a price that beat our other bid, my wife and I will not use another company for any other service.

Anthony was AWESOME! After having so much patience with us thawing out our AC system, he educated and installed a new AC outside unit the same day. Highly recommend Golden West, more specifically Anthony!

Loveed their work and personality! My water heater stopped working on a Sunday and late in the afternoon at that🙄 of course I called a couple of companies provided by google and weren't even trying to help much less come out here. Luckily I found Simpson Water Heater Repair!! Not only were they very responsive but was willing to help me right away. Him and his son showed up within the hour of speaking with him. They were almost in and out they had me up and running in no time! Like Magic! Very reasonable price and honest! Im definitely saving his number and recommending him to friends and family! 💯

Paul G worked really hard for us. I mean seriously. We had a mystery leak above our kitchen cabinets. We took down the cabinets ourselves and then called Dr. Fixit. Paul made a small hole in the ceiling, found the leak, and managed to saw off the offending cracked pipe and install a new one in the same 2 hours as his original window which we thought would just be a consultation. The whole time, he didn't widen the 8x8 hole. He just worked around it. It's awesome that it will all be covered by the cabinets when we put them back up. Thanks Paul!
