I had a pinhole leak in my copper pipe located in the basement washroom. Pete came out from Mile High Plumbing Repair to do the job. He was on time and explained to me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He did a great job and I was very satisfied with his work.

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

The sink was leaking, but it stopped before he came to look at it. He took some time to really see if there was a leak, but nothing happened so he suggested we take a picture and video the leak and then call them once we have that to better diagnose what’s happening. Thank you!

I'm not sure if my experience with Adams Plumbing is over yet, but it is a great experience. A 3/4 gate valve started leaking at the stem when I got home from a vacation and turned the water back on. I believed it needed to be replaced. After calling Wes he informed me he'd love to do the work but that it was a very busy day. It's hard being one of the best in town and demand exceeding hours of the day.

Wes gave me call after we exchanged pictures of the valve, instructed me on how to take the pressure nut off and brush off the corrosion that had formed, and then reseat the nut. As of this point he has made it where I can turn my water on with no leak whatsoever, for $0.

I'm very impressed by his customer service and knowledge. I may still want my valve replaced, and he would definitely be the one I'd want doing the work, but for now we don't have to be as worried about getting it done same day. Thank you Wes.

I have known Ilya Debirov for more than 13 years. He and my husband worked together as plumbers for the same company. He is a very industrious and hard worker. He always puts his clients first. He is honest and fair. I highly recommend him.

I am very particular. We had a leaky water heater. In less then 6 hours we were able to contact the vendor, have a site visit, discuss recommendations, and have the work performed and completed. The job was done with a high degree of professionalism at a reasonable cost. I would recommend calling WHE if you have an issue with your water heater.

Though I personally did not use Spartan, I was called to fix a problem that Spartan created. Spartan replaced leaky shark bite fitting on copper pipe going to irrigation system at residential home. They reamed the copper pipe and let the copper debris fall down into the piping going to the irrigation zone valves. Very careless, and preventable. I reached out to Spartan via email, and they have been unresponsive. Surprised being they have a perfect 5 star rating. One would expect they want to make right a mistake they made and caused their customer further damage and repair costs. The damage occurred same day after Spartan repaired copper pipe. It took a day for the home owner to notice the problem which he had no idea was caused by Spartan till we took the valve apart and found the evidence, and have pictures of same.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

We got four estimates for repairing a leak under the kitchen sink and investigating a problem with our downstairs shower. The Flow-Rite folks were the most knowledgable, lowest price, and sorted out problems that our contractor failed several times at.

I wanted to thank Ipc plumbing & drain cleaing for coming out on such fast notice on Christmas day. They where so nice and respectful in our home. The price was fair for sure. We will use and recommend to family and friends.
