Best Water Purification in Denver CO

Outstanding service.Initially I rated Done Plumbing 5 stars.The guys came out to my house to check out my central air unit were indeed very personable.There's more to the story though...After they told me that they were not able to repair the unit, they set me an appointment to quote me a $16k replacement furnace & central air unit. OK no problem, mine are 25 years old & likely should be replaced soon.We called another company for a second opinion and found out that a couple of wires were deliberately cut. 30 minutes & $300 later the unit was working just fine.The guys that came to my home didn't even try to repair the unit, further, Done was quick to get me a quote to spend 16 large when a repair of about 30 minutes was needed.The guys that came to my house were either incompetent or lazy. In either event, these are not people you want to do business with.I called Done to complain Friday & they returned my call this morning.The technician supervisor only had to apologize, he didn't. He was combative and kept telling me that I wasn't there so I don't know what was said & I have to stick up for my guys. Not once was he sympathetic but only tried to shout me down & talk over me on the phone like I'm a damned kid.Please understand, I spent about $7,000 on a couple of unrelated plumbing issues at my home with them this year alone.I thought I could trust these people. I was wrong.I am not trying to get anything from you but consumers should be aware of your business tactics.I'm calling you folks out:You are a bunch of damned crooks & liars & I will never do business with you again.Gene Stuart Jr.

The guys at Tipping Hat are awesome to work with! Mike and Dario are great at what they do and the whole crew was honest and professional. We had two AC units and furnaces to replace over two days work. The install is super clean and I love my new AC in this summer heat! I would recommend anyone call Tipping hat and ask for Mike.

This winter our heater stopped working in the middle of a deep freeze. Our repair guy couldn’t come until Monday so we called Horizon in a pinch. Such a waste of money. All the kid did was give a diagnosis but did nothing to repair and told us we needed a $500 evaluation to know for sure. He acted really nervous when giving his sales pitch to my husband and I. We were disappointed he didn’t get the heating back on with it being about 15 degrees outside. I now know why he was nervous.

There was a simple override switch he could have pushed to get the heat on for the night. He knowingly looked at a toddler and pregnant woman and left us in a freezing house for the night.

The next day our regular repair man had the heat going in 5 mins!

Months later I now know what the Horizon guy did with his time in our utility room. He labeled every pipe and machine with advertising for Horizon. Hot pink labels with “call Horizon” were everywhere. I don’t regularly examine the utility room so it took a while to nice the blatant advertising job. The other day I found yet another sticker on the hot water heater.

Don’t waste your money paying them to advertise in your own home, and getting them to just up-sale you a problem that doesn’t exist without fixing the one that does.

I needed 2 water shut off valves to be replaced and Alex is definitely one of the most professional individuals I have interacted with. He was well coordinated and communicated everything in a timely fashion. There were absolutely no surprises with the cost, whatever he quoted initially during the estimate was what he charged at the end of the job. He was also kind enough to replace a pipe that was damaged. I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs.

I had a couple of toilet issues, i.e. long tank refill time, hose replacement, etc. Tasks were assessed by Affordable Plumber and completed in a very short timeframe at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate in using them again for my plumbing needs.

Mario our plumber was awesome. Worked hard to get us back up and running and stayed late to see the job through. He wouldn't even take a tip at the end of the day. The guy is SOLID!. I hear his Boss, Brian, is a great guy to work for. No wonder Blue Sky is crushing it. Thanks Blue Sky for the great experience!

Very friendly and professional, helped me understand everything that was being done and very reasonable pricing. Will always be my go to, for all my plumbing needs.
