This family-owned company is as good as it gets!  I will never use another plumber again.  I found them because I actually searched online for a plumber near me.  Very clever name for this company.  They squeezed us in on a Friday night.  Jonathan and Christian not only came out at 8:00 in the evening but stopped by a hardware store in order to get the part we thought we needed.  Unfortunately, because our house is 120+ years old, it needs special faucet fittings only available at plumbing supply houses.  On Saturday morning, Jonathan made trips to two open places both of which said they had what we needed, only to discover they didn't.  He kept in touch and Monday morning was back with the right thing!  He did a great job at a reasonable price.  $405 included the cost of the faucet and all of his work. From my first phone call to Saul at the office to each of our encounters with Jonathan, the people at this small company are pleasant, competent, courteous, and helpful.  They even offer a discount for community servants (police, firefighters, teachers).  You cannot go wrong using their services.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.
