After newly moving into our house 6 years ago . My wife and I have had the opportunity to use Plumbline services for an assortment of reasons , and have never met nicer employees. Recently we unfortunately needed to have a new sewer line installed due to age and breakdown of our system. The final project was completed and we are very satisfied. Prior to the final project , Plumbline advised us of a money saving way to fix the sewer line, which unfortunately didn’t work . When the final project was completed, my wife and I were charged approximately $ 8000 dollars for the first dig that was labeled as “ Exploratory “ and didn’t work. When I asked employees to explain this to the Supervisor who made the decision to over charge us, I was told he was very frustrated due to excessive work he had after he attended a conference with the president of the company, and he wasn’t going to help us with the cost . With so many incredible employees it’s sad that one person can put a bad taste in your mouth !!!

Raymond the owner is great! Very respectful and professional. I am a home inspector and refer Drain-X Colorado to all my clients. Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. I would not recommend this company, my Mom had plumbing issues and was told the sewer line needed to be replaced. She has asked this company many times during the 3 weeks since service is completed for invoices and other paperwork for the insurance company and cannot get them to share any invoices etc…. Makes us second guess weather any of these services were necessary. Don’t use this company!!!
