The tech was very responsive--Josh--and communicated willingly and well. He analyzed the problem and called in the next level right away.I think our appointment window was between 12 and 2, and at about 2:40 dispatch said he was on his way. I wish plumbers could be a little more true to the projected schedule, though I realize many calls are more complicated than originally thought. Overall, always a good experience.

Adam Lovato was amazing!!! He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Charles did a great job with helping me figure out a plumbing issue that I had with my bathroom pipes. He responded to my call quickly and was able to replace the problem pipe in the same day. Charles is very transparent with his pricing and doesn’t try to upsell any plumbing work, which is awesome. I’m thankful I found a Friendly Plumber here in Denver.

He was on time, did a great job replacing our shower faucet and back flow valve outside. At the end of the job everything was cleaned up and put back together.

This company is phenomenal they sent a master plumber who was prompt, professional and even took the time to explain why and what needed to be done to correct the issue and bring it up to code.

Hey Denver! These guys actually answered my phone call, showed up on time, looked like they wanted to help me out with my problem, and very informatively broke down step by step what was wrong with my system AND how to maintain it. Nate and Daniel even courteously pulled a dishwasher out and identified a leak that another vendor couldn’t do, because he said didn’t get paid to move stuff! I already have them saved in my phone so I’ll NEVER have to randomly call other companies in the area and HOPE they know what they’re doing! Thank you To the T Plumbing and Heating for helping me out and definitely helping deleting the other “plumbers” in my contacts!
