The plumbing services provided were top-notch! They installed the kitchen sink faucet, vanity faucet and replaced the leaky shower valve, moved the valve and installed a new shower head. The price was fair, they were very professional and a very quick response time. I will use Mile High Plumbing Repair for all my plumbing needs!!

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! Great showroom and great service with excellent work

Absolutely as dishonest a service provider as I have ever met. Tried to get a rough estimate over the phone for some pretty basic work and wouldn't do it without coming out with a charge of $65 for the estimate (to be credited against work done). Once onsite he wouldn't provide an estimate unless I agreed to a $140 consulting fee. II pressed him to just give me an idea on fixing a leaking outdoor faucet and he said between $175 and $400 but he wouldn't confirm estimate until I signed paperwork for the $140 consulting fee! He was pushy, argumentative and yes, creepy. I told him I would write him the $65 check and that I wanted him to leave. Worst service experience I have ever had. Read other negative reviews as they are pretty consistent. Horrible!!!

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Thomas the owner of TCF Emergency Plumbing and Heating was very prompt. He responded to our request for AC repair immediately and saved us from a miserably hot day. He provided an incredible service, made sure we were completely satisfied, and was reasonably priced. He was very respectful of our house and very clean. He also made good suggestions on other things but was not pushy about them. We will for sure call Thomas again if we need more maintenance or work.

My mom called Tipping Hat earlier today and they sent someone out right away to fix a space heater she had in a back room. Unfortunately she can’t remember the techs name because I’d love for y’all to know who he is, he is a wonderful man! He came into the house went back to the heater, thanked my mom for still having the owners manual for the heater, he then cleaned it up and changed the filter all at no charge! My mom is 89 with early stages of dementia on a fixed income and this guardian Angel from Tipping Hat totally made her day and mine. I can’t thank you enough for sending such a wonderful repair tech to assist my mom! You’re lucky to have such a great employee. I highly recommend using this company for your needed services. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
