They were quick to arrive and get to work, however stronger factors sway this review down. Their tech charged 225$ for the repair, which is 20% more than what they charged two years ago. While I don't mind paying for convenience I also don't like paying increased costs that significantly outpace inflation. The work literally took 5 minutes and I was reminded of that by the tech who seemed to personally take joy in charging so much for such a quick and easy job.Here's the real kicker though...Once the work was completed the tech recommended a new unit install for $675, which is absurd. I called my GC (he builds high end homes & medical offices so he's usually kind of expensive) his price was $100 for install and I pick the unit...the highest rated ones cost about $120. That's 1/3rd the cost! Not to mention I had just paid $225 for work to be completed.It's clear they're taking advantage of their biggest strength-quick response time. Everything else felt like it was being led by a bloody pirate with the aim of pillaging people who don't know who else to ask.

Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

Responded extremely quickly, within less than 3 hours, to a rather emergent issue. Most pleasant to work with, left the area very neat and clean. Felt very comfortable working with these two gentleman. Would recommend them without hesitation!

True Plumbing installed a sump pump in my house a couple weeks ago because the basement kept flooding from all the rain we had been receiving. The receptionist Amy was very kind and we were able to get an estimate from Kyle the same day. We had estimates from other plumbing companies and True Plumbing was by far the most reasonable in price and the most knowledgeable (even comparing against big company names). Kyle and his crew were prompt, professional and kind. They did an amazing job! You can call other companies for estimates, but you'll end up deciding on True Plumbing because Kyle and his team know what they are talking about. You won't be disappointed with their work.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Called Wes late one night about a leaky faucet in our bathtub. Though he was working on two other jobs that night, he took the time to speak and text with me about my problem and steered me in the right direction so that I was eventually able to fix the faucet on my own. I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

A true breath of ancient air at a time when true, single owner-operated shops are becoming as rare as the items they sell. Allow some time to carefully hunt through the large quantity of treasures that are to be found in this rather crowded shop.
