Quick response, appointment same day. Good communication about technician's schedule and arrival. Customer service was efficient and polite, as was the technician. The tech explained what and why as he worked, was thorough, had to leave to get part, then finished repair successfully. Not inexpensive, but good quality and professional.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

They installed a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal in my kitchen. They were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves which I appreciated. Everything looks and functions great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We have had Dale out twice for the yearly service maintenance of our tankless boiler/water heater combo and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. He arrived on time, summarized the work he was expecting to do, how long it would take, brought extra parts in case and all the necessary tools, including a shopvac to clean up any mess. The extra part was not needed nor was the full-service flush. He explained when we would know that is needed (it will flash “SERV” once we reach the 4,000 hour mark) and how much time we have after that code appears.

Dale had a death in the family over the weekend but still arrived on time for the service when I would have expected him to reschedule (understandably, under the circumstances). To me, that says A LOT about his work ethic and character. Our new rescue dog that is usually scared of men would have happily jumped in the van and gone home with Dale when he left! Our rescue was underfoot, chatty and definitely wanted Dale’s attention for pets, even sitting “pretty” asking for attention. Dale was very patient and sweet with our special boy. Dale is 5 stars! Thank you Dale!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.

My mother aged 86 purchased a new washing machine and it was not draining. I called Colorado Plumbing Solutions , spoke with April to explain and schedule service. Professional and prompt, Jon came out to diagnose the issues, a primary problem then explained to me of other possibilities and he determined a secondary issues. After all said and done, Colorado Plumbing Solutions , Jon did not guess about the problems but systematically diagnosed and repaired just as he diagnosed.
