We bought a Noritz tankless water heaters 4 years ago. Josh reminded us that it was time to service it. And the servicing was included in the purchase from 2018 ! Also, he replaced the valve in the upstairs shower with ease. (Slow drip). He also replaced the filters in out water purifier. Very professional, cleaned up work areas, and was very easy to talk to. Not a pushy salesman. Tipping Hat has done lots of other work for us and have always been great, but a wee bit expensive. Remember, you get what you pay for !

My experience with Roto-Rooter was and has always been great. The technician that came out is named John Greenleaf, who is friendly, on time and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal right away and took the time to check a leak I had coming from my light fixture. Hopefully there will not be any home repairs needed anytime soon, but if so, I will definitely be utilizing this company. Highly recommended.

Stephen Calvillo was our HVAC tech that came out today! Super knowledgeable, professional and helpful! Our furnace wasn't working and he knew exactly what it was. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.
