Best Repairs Air Conditioner in Denver CO

Actually no show/cancelled my appointment time twice, then manager tried to say they would overcharge next time because a plumber didn’t charge me right on the last invoice … absolutely not! Shameful!

They were great. On time. Clean. Professional. I have been through the ringer with some bad contractors lately and this was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent service and would absolutely use again.

I just had a great experience with Plumbline Services. From booking the appointment to finishing the work they did an excellent job and I can’t recommend them enough! Jonathan, who unclogged both of our bathroom sinks, was very professional and took the time to explain and walk me through the process, before he began the work. I really appreciated that and I’m grateful I called them.

Jeremi, Ricardo, and Chris were all three professional, well-trained, and thorough. You can tell that they truly care about their customers! I think because Swan is family-owned, they are stand outs in the heating and plumbing world and have the best employees!

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“

Answered promptly, even late at night, and came out first thing the next morning! Plumber knew what he was doing, was on point, and gave me easy-to-understand pricing options. The work itself was also perfect!I gave four stars instead of five because I think the after-hours upcharge of $90 above the standard service fee is a bit excessive, and even if you pay for their annual membership that only takes off about a third of that. I was also surprised at how expensive a labor-only repair was. The work was great, but the cost leaves a bit to be desired.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Every time I call on them they are wonderful. They’re reasonably priced, they do great work and they stand by that work. On top of that, they are truly good honest folks. That last part is probably the hardest to find in a service and repair company!!
