Had a wonderful experience with Alex. He was on time. Our basement was flooding. He was able to identify the problem quickly and was upfront about all fees throughout the diagnosis. I am so unhappy with this company. Never disclosed fees upfront. I needed the plastic part at the end of the cylinder in my toilet to get it to flush. Cost at Home Depot is $5. They told me they had to go to store to get said $5 part. Took him 2 hours to get part and they are charging me $165 an hour! After 15 minutes attaching plastic piece I get a bill for over $300. What a complete rip-off!!!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

I had a water heater break on me, I called Todd's Water Heater Repair and within minutes I had an appointment that same day for repairs. Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!
