I called Mile High at 12:30pm today with a leaky/inoperable hot water heater. Matt was at my house by 1:00pm on a Saturday. He diagnosed the need for a replacement and was off to retrieve the new unti immidiately. He returned with the heater and a helper (Malcom)- both gentlemen were proffesional and efficient. By 5:15pm my new unit was installed and working. The price never changed from qoute to writting the check (very fair) I cross referenced the material cost of the new heater.

During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

I would highly recommend Tracy, he did an amazing job moving my drain and plumbing and installing a shower base. He his honest and fair and great to work with!

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

This was the first time I used Swan and I was so impressed. I needed a new water heater. They provided an estimate for me and once I signed off they had their guys here for electrical and plumbing in a short time. I got pictures and text of who was coming to my house. Scott and Kevin were friendly and professional. I had a new heater by the end of the day. I would use them again for my repair needs.

I was very pleased with the follow through about plunging and opening my Toto toilet suction and operation. It was quick and clean and precise and successful. Service tech was prompt and professional and happy to have performed a required operation as requested. Would definitely use again for plumbing issues.
