Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Scheduled my appointment online which was easy. Got a call a few days before my scheduled appointment to confirm my information. Was told they would be at my residence between 8-5PM and that they would contact me 30-45min before they arrive. Took the day off. At 4:45PM I hadn't heard from anyone so I CALLED THEM.After being on hold for almost 10 minutes I was told they had a longer than expected appointment earlier in the day and asked if I would reschedule for the next morning. I was unable to do that and was transferred to someone else. The next person I spoke with again asked if the following morning would work and I again advised it would not. I was told I would be seen by their 'on-call' tech as soon as their next appointment was finished. I was assured it would be the same day.Unfortunately, no on ever called. Instead I got a TEXT saying I now had an appointment scheduled for the NEXT day...I get things happen, appointments run long and they may even need to reschedule. I can tolerate that because it happens in every industry. What I don't tolerate is when a company gives themselves a NINE HOUR window and not feel the need to call the customer at any point to say We're sorry but we must reschedule. What's worse they doubled down on their promise to have someone out later in the afternoon/early evening only to get a TEXT saying they will see me tomorrow.Maybe others will have a better experience but I will be looking for another company.

Gabriel was our technician and he was excellent! Even looked at an unrelated problem and told me what we needed to fix it (would have done it himself if he had the part). We have used Swan in the past and will use them going forward. I will also recommend to all my friends. It can be very hard to get reliable help in the mountains and Swan is always extremely professional and very reasonable.

Ray Serviced my toilet he was on time professional very respectable I would highly recommend becoming a regular customer

I can’t say enough about what an amazing job Sewer Lines Only did to repair and replace my sewer line! They were on time, courteous, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was extremely worried I was going to lose a beautiful tree that was right over my sewer line, but Sewer Lines Only took extra care and time to save my tree! To my surprise, they also replanted some plants that had to be dug up in order to get to the line. I am also very delighted that they are going to come back out to plant sod in the places they had to dig up, and replace a sprinkler head that was damaged. From start to finish, they do amazing work! I highly recommend them for any repairs or replacements of your sewer lines!

Very satisfied with this company! We had sump pump issues and they were able to send a technician within 3 hours of our service request. Jerid was great, diagnosed pretty quickly and completed the job within 2 hours. Definitely recommended!

These guys saved me in a crisis situation, rearranging their appointments to fit me in, when they had no incentive to do so other than being good people. Work was done on time (same day, as promised), efficiently and within the estimate. Highly recommend them all around!
