Sasha is fantastic and experienced. He did a great job installing a new garbage disposal in my kitchen and a fill valve in my toilet. Would definitely recommend for any size jobs; enjoyed working with him!

Great place to work

We had some major plumbing problems 5 days after we moved into our new home. Paul, Brett and Ryan were all fantastic to work with diagnosing and solving the problem. They were all very courteous and were persistent about resolving the issues we were having. I hope not to have to use Roto-Rooter again soon but if the need arises, we will definitely call on them. Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.
