I use Plumbline often and they are always very professional. Today, Bill the plumber came out to fix my valve to my sprinkler system. He did a great job and even went above and beyond. He found a leak unrelated to the repair he was performing and called the city water system to get immediate assistance from them since it was their system. He stayed an extra hour after he completed the job to help see that the other repair was initiated. I’m really satisfied with Plumbline.

The plumber talked me through my issue and helped me conclude a service call to snake a line was not necessary at this time. Very professional, ethical and knowledgeable. Much appreciated!

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!

Tyler helped us replace our main sewer line. He worked with us every step of the way, made sure we were fully informed and guided us through all of the pitfalls that come with old home plumbing repairs. His pricing beat the other folks that I researched. Tyler knows his stuff, did the install himself, and his expertise made the process as stress free as possible. I will be using Tyler again in the future for any major plumbing issue that may crop up in the future. Work with this guy, you will not regret it.

This is the second time I have used Time Electric and highly recommend them. Timely arrival, the work was done professionally, and there was no mess left.
