I have known Ilya Debirov for more than 13 years. He and my husband worked together as plumbers for the same company. He is a very industrious and hard worker. He always puts his clients first. He is honest and fair. I highly recommend him.

I've been using Plumbline for 2 1/2 years - always great service. Yesterday we had Dave Godfrey come by for a plumbing repair and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond with his knowledge of plumbing and discovered a way to repair our leak in the basement without cutting into the ceiling. He took the time to brainstorm a better repair method and it worked flawlessly. He is very experienced and knowledgeable at what he does. Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Had the inlet valve to water heater that wouldn’t fully open. Water pressure on the hot side was weak. Chris came and replaced it in short order and professionally. Also had a sense of humor that really resonated with my wife and I. Definitely recommend TYCO Plumbing!
